Yes TNO I totally agree with you on only a possibility of transfer happening on 31st. I read that as simply the date that was listed on the Korean certificates as when they are valid. Still a very good sign as to things happening. The arrival of staff to US to "finalize" things is when I think it will get very interesting.

Although I see no reason to think the Jan 31st date would be Korean time. As it is the date listed on the New US Certificates issued by the US OTC. Having nothing to do with Korea. But then what difference will a day make here?
