ADDITIONAL VARIABLES TO RECONSIDER BEFORE THE "31st."
1) The Korean Saean Management addressed their respective Korean Saean Shareholders about the 31st of January as being the FINAL DEADLINE DATE for the exchange of their respective Korean Shares (from Korean Jurisdiction to American Jurisdiction). IF, presumably, the 31st IS in reference to the Korean 31st of January, then the "DEADLINE" and FINAL EXCHANGE OF SHARES will occur on "OUR (AMERICAN)" January 30th (THURSDAY), in which case, there are ONLY THREE (3) FULL DAYS of trading remaining, before the deadline.
1) (a) Just what action will happen, on our end, in terms of anything definitive, on/immediately-after "our" Friday the 31st of January, which is the 1st of February, in KOREA)? There is always a POSSIBILITY of news releases or Securities and Exchange Commission filings, this coming Friday, to close-out the week (maybe), OR NOTHING AT ALL, within the immediate week, as NOTHING DEFINITIVE has been shared regarding this. It remains to be seen if any American action takes place, as NOTHING further has been mentioned, or alluded to (within body of the official Korean Shareholder blog, about the specific issue of what will happen "immediately after" the exchange of shares has been finalized).
2) The Korean Saean Shareholders have been informed that, "WE will go to the US on the second week of February, to finish the OTCQB listing."
Active flippers and those that continue to accumulate should consider any and all possible outcomes, in terms of the number of days left to the deadline of the exchange of shares and the possibility of filings, notices, or actions (which may occur, on any given date, from the 30th of January, thru to the middle of February).
