Frizzell wrote the average number of CMKM shares owned was 20 million. Okay, so for 2 trillion shares more, naked shorted investors, where are these up to 100,000 more investors who supposedly didn't get a cert? Why has the company, the SEC, the DTC, the DOJ, the FBI, the Transfer Agent, the police, State Securities Commissions, never heard from all these people? None, not one complaint of not getting a cert.

Lots of investors owned more than 20 million but that's just using Frizzell's average from the brokerage statements sent in.

From the DTC One Time Special Report 4/16/2006 holdings

0188 AMERITRADE 4,175,625,803 (oh that's whopping After the cert pull) and

2 months later Maheu and Stoecklein would resign from the task force. From the end of June 2006 until November 2006 there were no more entries on the msl regarding Ameritrade when in Nov some stragglers began trickling thru again.

CMKM Diamonds company update from Kevin West

"To give you an example of most but not all of the brokerage
houses/clearing firms and their holdings as per the shareholder list of 4.7.2010
represented in bulk certificates: **"

That would be shares registered to brokers, street name, collective House certs.

Ameritrade,Inc.21+ Billion shares

The whole list the company presented amounted to only 56,976,224,000 shares in total.

Thanks to Al's lawsuit Jan 8, 2010 promising shareholders a $3.78 trillion dollar trust and Marco cashing in on it, those numbers all but evaporated. By shareholders selling and buying CMKM waay past revocation. Then when Marco got busted shareholders continued transactions between each other not using Marco as middleman.

Steve K was announced November 2011 and before he had been CEO much less than a year, there were over 500 new pages of shareholder transactions on the Transfer Agent Report.

Ex Plaintiff's in Al's lawsuit in 2014 and 2016 still privately trying to sell the rest of their shares...stating ridiculous $5, $26 pps and $11 pps. One of their victims wrote SK who told them to get their $28,000 back and it was returned to them. At least there was one less sucker in this sham.

And here it is in 2020, nothing's changed except the company ceased to exist and nothing ever will be done or happen with the shares. Especially any kind of a payment to shareholders.

Any more stupid lies are moot now anyway..
