The old firm from previous management doesn't represent them any more. Here's what the SEC says about that:
"Item 4.01 – Changes in Registrant’s Certifying Accountant
Companies must disclose if they dismiss their independent auditor, if the auditor resigns or declines to stand for re-appointment, and if the company hires a new auditor."

Companies have 4 days to do file an 8k for those situations.

It's nice to have a lot of horsepower in the engine room but you need some in the wheelhouse too.
