What? You say GRNF holding has no accounting firm? So, I specifically asked who was vetting companies in LOI and was told that would be revealed in forward statements (and they could not speak to this) and your analysis shows No accounting firm etc analyzing valuations.? So what are they doing in your opinion to prepare for this prospective merger of the companies announced in the non binding loi? Nothing? Am I to gather that you may have deduced this is an elaborate group of grifters, fleecing everyone, while smokin doobers in the Nordstrom building? Please explain...
