A Couple Crucial Questions...

Assuming an unexpected judicial decision going against AMRN, how far is AMRN's s/p likely to fall initially and then stabilize at? And how high is AMRN's s/p likely to rise on a judicial win for AMRN? *Of course there is likely to be a near immediate appeal announcement by which ever party loses.

Personally, I expect the s/p loss resulting from a judicial loss for AMRN will be sig. more than the s/p rise resulting from the expected judicial win.

And also...how much Is Europe, just by itself, likely worth without a generic challenge?

From JPM we know AMRN's view of the US target market size...so a bit of extrapolation should give us the rough estimated European target market size; obviously not apple to apples since the consensus is that AMRN would not try a GIA approach in Europe.

I have re-entered my position...hedging with puts and selling $26 April calls.
