Daverz, here with FTWS...

I took a starter a little while back for the 2 reasons below.

First
FTWS was indicated on the ADSV website for being a part of what's going to mature for both:
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=152643009
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=152617019
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=152756872

It was stated that there is a possibility that they might amalgamate the two companies which means combine or unite to form one organization or structure... or... to combine different things to create something new:
https://www.google.com/search?q=amalgamate&rlz=1C1CHBD_enUS840US840&oq=amalgamate&aqs=chrome..69i57&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8

Second
Per the SC-13d filed with the SEC, Siesta Vacations Inc. c/o Craig Siegel bought 1,300,000,000 shares of common stock of FTWS representing approximately 55% of the current Outstanding Shares (OS) at a purchase price of .001 per share:

In my opinion, for someone to spend $1.3 million to buy 1.3 billion shares at the .001 per share range, I'm guessing that they must know something to where .001 per share is a fair and known bottom. Only a guess, but it makes it worth the risk to wait and see what happens down here in the .0002/.0003 range in my opinion.
