LOL, the Transfer Agency is GAGGED for the SS of OCLG! Which means the Endless Giant dilutions were going on over Two Years already since 2017!

This Pos Scam (OCLG: 1.2B ~ 1B shares Huge diluting OS) will stuck at the ceiling-box 0.0001 ~ 0.0002 forever while its peer (ACTL) will soon soar back to its recent high 0.022 again due to the FIXED Tiny float (350M ~ 300M shares) and OS (699M shares)...

Again, the New owner or current management team just needs to file a Very Simple Form 15-12G to resolve that minor issue which costs less than $100! I'm selling all my OCLG shares at 0.0002 now and I'll use all the proceeds to buy ACTL at 0.0001 ~ 0.0002 before 220-Bagger Giant rally...
