OCLG's peer that you mention is severely delinquent in filings and as a registered SEC filer is required to be current. A suspension is possible at any time without any given warning. Shareholders will end up losing everything. Smart investors/traders know to stay far away from those stocks. OCLG on the other hand is a very good bottom pick with much potential: waiting for a merger, custodian, or new business direction. Can you justify your OCLG claim of "On-Going Endless Heavy dilutions." with facts or evidence? Have you been in contact with the TA? If not, I disagree with you and find your claim to be suspect.
