I just don’t see dropping statin use as qualifier. The entire study is based on this underpinning drug. We all get the greater benefit as we are V diehards, but I do not see the average doc prescribing without underlying statin use.

Maybe you're too "close" to the study, having followed it for so long. Maybe most docs out there have never heard of it, or have only heard of it briefly and will mainly focus on the label and what they're hearing from their patients and colleagues. I don't know, I'm no doctor.
