Case took a turn for the really weird. Of course, they had a deal, but Kang backed out at the last minute/second.

Very unusual to see a civil case document filed under a complete seal; criminal is common to protect witnesses cutting deals with prosecutors, but not for a civil case.

Another doc filed has so much blacked out that there’s almost nothing to read, except headings.

The filings also specifically referenced “LM Group Holdings,” which involves Salas, “Apple iPhone,” and Bresnick signed off, but that’s merely likely because Lugee gave Chung and Bresnick PofA’s and Bromage, as COO, was not given one as an internal check, segregation of duties, and since Bresnick is an attorney.

Very strange what’s transpiring. Can’t help feeling that Kang is extremely resentful that he’s out of the loop, but either way, all the redacted stuff, and even crazier - totally sealed - is really bizarre for a “BS” case.

And, oh yes, the obligatory...
