good point, people won't complain so much about this drop if USSP is issued and trades at 30 cents+ (assuming USSE doesn't fall below today's level)

If USSP only trades at 15 cents or below, most who purchased prior to Nov 28 will likely be disappointed.

How much will USSE and USSP together be worth? we won't know until they both trade.

the question is, will combined value of USSE and USSP be 50 cents or higher once USSP starts trading?
