It is really pretty hard to take a unit divide it in half(or whatever %) and end up with the same in the original unit as was before........
At this point in time IMHO it looks as if they have given a value to USSP( or whatever ) it is.
Now the ? is which one is worth what and how much will be acessed to each of the unit.................all imho
