JL has NEVER been in any position to refer his claims to ANY court case he has begun and finished with a positive ruling from the courts in Chile thus far.

He states that nothing has changed in 20 odd years!
So why all the court cases and costs involved???????

Is he saying that he and his band of enthusiastic little claimers had the mineral rights back then so he still has them now, as the original holder(s).

This Claim would necessitate the cancellation of the sale by Villar to Lill
which by all accounts the courts maintained as indicated by writings in court documents.

This point is pivotal.
