JL did not allow the injunction to be lifted. He had no say in the matter. The injunction was lifted by the court because 1) the court case which applied the injunction was completed and decided for the defendant through all levels of the judiciary; and 2) JL lost his appeal to keep the injunction in place.

So let's see for 20 years the injunction could not be lifted and now due to a court miracle it is lifted. But that is not the issue here. The issue is the fact that Barrick now with the injunction lifted and there is no plan to mine???? Gee any idea WHY??? I wonder why no one has seen the titles that Barrick says and have stated they have to go mining. I wonder why they cause all of the environmental damage and then squeelled on themselves.

BCSC is no longer “arguing” about jurisdiction. It has already been decided that the Chilean courts do NOT have any jurisdiction over the BCSC.

No the BCSC is no longer arguing over jurisdiction but their fake witness is on the run from the Chile Court system. I wonder what was so terrifying that a lawyer would disrespect the legal system and not show up to testify and repeat what he said at the hearing in Vancouver... Could it possibly be all lies or maybe a script that just had to be read drawn up and prepared by the BCSC......Hmmmm

Mr. Ossa was not a “fake” witness, nor did he ever claim to be a mining expert. His credentials prove that he is an expert in Chilean law and that his knowledge includes mining law.

Nope not a fake witness and this is absolutely the reason that Ossa is on the run from the very legal system he worked for.... Nope nothing to hide here folks...

CMN owns Los Amarillos 1-3000 and the Tesoro concessions, plus over 300 other concessions in the PL Protocol. JL owns no properties, nor has he won any of his lawsuits in Chile. JL has nothing but bluster. Neither Barrick nor BCSC have anything to prove to JL nor to the Canadian authorities. If JL wants a “showdown”, he should sue both of them in Canada.

Yes CMN owns as this was transferred right after the injunction was lifted. So they really didnt own the concessions but yet they have put news releases out that they had all of the necessary titles and paperwork to go mining. Yet year to date no mining operation and no plans to mine. They own but can't mine so actually what do they own????
I wonder what company owned the property when they did the self inflicted environmental damage to the property. Maybe this way they can say oh no we didn't do the damage we are now the new owners and still have no plans to mine...
Yup go figure......
