Alice's claim that she will be muted doesn't amount to an emergency in my world. I don't think her efforts to establish legal, moral, or ethical grounds upon which to delay our distributions is established in the eyes of Judge Walrath or any other judge that has a lick of common sense.

There is a better time and place for her possibly righteous, yet tardy and generally poorly timed, approach. She has been denied previously as well.
