At the very earliest ACB (or any mj company) can start selling on Dec. 17th...edibles were legalized on Oct. 17th and they needed to submit an application which requires a 60 day waiting period. I sure hope ACB did apply...does anyone know for sure? Cam Battley hasn't pulled his head out of the sand for quite some time....have heard nothing from him. I feel he owes it to the shareholders to speak up and reassure us....unless he can't.
