Newgold you know of course that JL has claimed he was awarded a penalty in the Chile courts for over US$5,000,000.00 and in reality there is no such penalty award.
MSX folks are saying they are working on collecting this award with JL.....really, they must be working in the alternate universe where JL has won all court rulings.Have a nice trip to OVERTHERE!

Newgold if you can find and point out a court ruling showing the claimed award to be otherwise, I will eat the pick and shovel I have been keeping these many,many,many years to go mining JL's Amerilos SUR and Norte.
