Again Tibby if the BCSC is part of the fraud and they are the ones saying that the news has to be retracted. They are part of it and they are the ones that set the rules on MSX and put the CTO in place. They are the ones making sure that MSX can't trade or raise money. The BCSC called a hearing panel and stacked the deck in their favor and to do one more they bring in a fake witness as an expert.
Yup Tibby this was all against MSX.
