I am seeing a VCS CR % between 40 and 42, assuming we can take down the death rate from 11% to 2% and depending how the Hispanic population reacts to VCS.

As I said before, the notion of "Hispanic" is very dubious here.

"Hispanic" is NOT a race, with specific genetic predispositions (such as Sickle Cell disease for blacks, or Tay–Sachs disease for Ashkenazi Jews). I wonder if anybody has any idea of how to factor in the purported new percentage of "Hispanics" in the P3.

Given that European "Hispanics" and Guatamalan "Hispanics" and Cuban "Hispanics" (...etc.) are not racially homogeneous, the only possible differentiation is social/medical conditions at the trial site. Management has said the they went for "quality" locations. It seems to me that demographics is not a factor at all!
