So, now, Larry has shared material information that the SAP draft was not completed (for presenting to the regulators) until November 2019. Prior, with the 10Q, it was possible it could have been filed anytime between June and November. Larry is saying it was November. If Larry is not lying, this makes Dr. Bosch's statement -- that labor intensive time required for the SAP was between January and June of this year 2019 -- wrong, when in fact that time doubled would have doubled after Dr. Bosch spoke. The company gave no reason for this. Larry is a complex fellow that seems to intertwine crucial delay notices with fact and fiction. Just enough fiction to achieve whatever salve he can place on the delay, just enough fact that other callers to DI (previously Les) are not getting. Sometimes just enough fiction to attempt to sustain price like last year's (in hindsight) idiotic pump that a BLA could be filed before 2019. Regulators need to look into this.
