The original patent application 12/361,808 was abandoned and a new application was submitted on 2-27-2019 patent # 16/287,842.... which just showed up as abandoned today or yesterday.

There can be a new application submitted but it hasn't showed up yet on US Patent Trade Office website.

https://portal.uspto.gov/pair/PublicPair youre gonna have to verify you're not a "robot" and then enter patent application 12/361808 (like that, no comma) and click "continuity data" tab and you see what I was talking about earlier.

Im not too worried about it to be honest, I am pretty sure Cerebain already knew something from looking at their previous patent applications.
