I was trying to find out the same about Tate. Per zoominfo- Prior to joining Cerebain Biotech , Mr. Tate is the owner of Strategic Business Associates, (linkedin reads that he is a managing partner back at SBA since leaving Cerebain). Prior to starting his own company, Mr. Tate served as the Chief Financial Officer for HST Global, Inc. , a Bio-Technology Development Stage Company.
