It is a bullshit excuse - Sharp was supposed to be a world class penny stock researcher but it takes him a year to find out there are problems with the Nevada SOS.

Any state problems can be fixed in a hour by filing a amendment to the Articles of Incorporation - Sharp is lying to shareholders.
