So paperwork taking longer than anticipated from NVSOS is a bullshit excuse? You’re lumping the summer vacation aspect in with everything else that has taken place to hold things up. That seems shortsighted. But to answer your question — when many parties are involved yes, scheduling conflicts with vacation could potentially be a problem because although the vacation dates may be in place the deal is an ever evolving process with deadlines and dates changing constantly, would you not agree?
