Numerous posts and articles I've read say that a generic label must be essentially identical to the brand name drug - so once CVD is on the V label, doesn't this whole generic lawsuit become a moot point, because they're not challenging R-IT patents? (and PDUFA is before the trial date) Can't be that simple, else AMRN wouldn't even consider a settlement, they just have to wait until they get the R-IT label. Well hey now, do we actually even know if AMRN has considered settling? I don't think JT has said anything but "we will defend our patents vigorously" - the only people talking about settlements are those on this board. Teva was a different story, settled years before R-IT results came out.
