yeah, schwab sucks.
and, imo, always has.

when i was first trying out online brokers in the 90s,
schwab ran into legal trouble because they were documented as consciously pitching stocks they wanted to unload from corp/broker holdings to their customers.

plus, their commissions were more expensive than TDA and etrade.
go figure...
