No, it was a shop in Miramar Florida which would have performed the calibration. That shop has since had their FAA repair station certification revoked. Boeing was out of that loop.

But even so, it would still have been on Lion Air's technicians to have done a full functional test. Especially considering what happened on that airplane's next to last flight.
