Nice find.

I like the urgently hiring. I take this as to mean something positive and unexpected happened that they really didn't foresee and it's causing them to quickly fill the position.

It's another indication we are moving forward with speed. We are taking advantage of every opportunity that comes our way.

Let's pray that someone qualified and dynamic comes along to fill it. A rushed sloppy hire would cause all sorts of issues.
