There's a new gas line being installed in the street. Fios told the construction company the road was marked but they didn't mark it. In short, 6 days without tv, internet, phone. We quickly got in touch with a supervisor who said he'd expedite it. 11 people came to the house. Only 5 actually did any work. I'm sure they all got paid.

It's nice to have a lot of horsepower in the engine room but you need some in the wheelhouse too.
