I've never had a mac computer but I've had 3 very unusual iphone problems and I've found Apple customer service to be outstanding. Unlike Verizon Fios where after a recent problem their response was stupid and ridiculous on every level

It's nice to have a lot of horsepower in the engine room but you need some in the wheelhouse too.
