Grunt, fair post. But as far as Lind is concerned they got what they wanted. A prospectus that allowed immediate free trading upon their conversions. So, unless you are math challenged, 15% equals 15%. Yay for them. 20% interest paid up front and 15% discount. They pay 35% less than retail buyers do. Yay.
