Speaking of Math challenges,

On paper, what do you figure to be the official NioCorp Net Present Value per share.

Save me the speech about a share being worth what someone will pay for it!

Also if your fickle about the Scandium added in to the mix, then just give the NPV without it.
But perhaps you won't mind keeping it in, to give it your best positive outlook, as always!

Nice Chart don't you think?

LCP77:

Since you are not providing any evidence of your "prospectus", I will continue to believe the signed agreements. So "immediate free trading upon their conversions", until then that part is out.

Since no evidence has been provided otherwise, yes 15% is 15%. They purchase at a 15% discount. How much profit do they make? it all depends how much they sell them for. If they bought when the 5 day average was .60 and sell them at .60, they got their 15% profit, However since the facts point out that a waiting period is in effect, if they sell when the price is .55, they will be short of the 15%. If they would let the price increase, their profit would also increase.

I understand, that for your own personal satisfaction, you will find something to say to diminish the value of this project. If that is what tickles your funny bone, have fun.

So until you provide any evidence of your claim(s). Enjoy yourself.
