They convert at a 15% discount. They have a 45 day minimum holding period.

So if you look at the yearly chart, pretty much they will be making around 15%. They do not dump the shares all at once, they just trickle them to keep the price as low as possible. They are NOT trying to kill the price.

They will keep "cool" for a few minutes when a transaction of more than 1,000 shares increases the price, look at 11:11 today. Later on if no activity occurs they will go and sell 500 a penny lower, sometimes eve back to "001".

Have followed this pattern for at least 2 years. I guess that what life brings sometimes.

In my single minded thoughts, I would think 15% of two bucks would be better than 15% of fifty some cents, but they are very risk adverse, so they rather pay 50 cents vs 2 bucks for the conversion.

Remember the bankers are even more adverse to risk than this guys.
