Great point. It all depends on how cheap the big partner can acquire a stake in ACB. If ACB falls under a dollar or goes bankrupt, im certain plenty of big companies would want to get ACB's world class assets with significantly less of its liabilities.

I hope tobacco companies learned from their mistakes of severely overpaying for MJ companies.
