Yes... and yet there's possibly another major element to structuring any deal. What if the Advisory Board convinces mgt that the best thing for continuing to advance the technology - and the best thing for management and shareholders for profitability - would be for a Tier 1 buyer to take on LWLG as a new division that would be kept more or less intact, with Lebby heading it? What if Intel would be interested, but Google not? Offers could be vastly different, and management styles different... I'd better stop, because this now gets ahead of me - but I'd just say there could be a lot of negotiating and arrangement-making in trying to find the best future for LWLG.
