noblynx- so yes if a bidding war could be orchestrated that would be great for shareholders. So that's exactly why a Tier 1 would want to get out front first before the competition does. So at say 3500 hours the Tier 1 throws out an offer. That allows LWLG to go to the other Tier 1s and say we already have an offer, do you still want to wait for 5000 hours? We can tell the others that if the offer is good enough we may take it and you will be left out. Some how IMHO LWLG can corral the offers with enough good data. Unless there is some unspoken rule or written agreement between the Tier 1s for no offers until 5000 hours.
