Can you please either give a page # or section (from the Table of contents) regarding your comment on grey sheet stocks? I would like to read that part for myself. tia

My comment is in regards to your Form 15 comment. I don't think that filing a Form 15 will matter to the eventual fate of those stocks. This rule (from what I've read so far) seems to be working its will through the broker-dealer (MM) requirements that either a company has recent public financial info available or it doesn't (with only the "exceptions" noted in the rule which I haven't read completely and even those parts which I have read, I don't understand completely). And if they don't, then broker-dealers (MMs) will be prohibited "by Rule" for placing quotations for those stock on ANY forum or market. At least that is how I understand the thrust of this rule. Is that your understanding as well?
