I’m not sure what happens to a stock that files a form 15 so they don’t have to report to the SEC anymore. You have to be current, which is out of the question for most of those stocks. I’ve often wondered why OTC Markets allowed themselves to be a part of fraud, but in some cases they have to, such as a grey sheet stock. I noticed an exception to the new rule for grey sheet stocks, they’ll be allowed to trade for a few months and then they’re gone forever.
