I'm wondering if OTCMarkets will oppose this rule or suggest any changes to it?
Will they have to realign their current 3-tier Pink levels to comply with this rule? Seems to me this rule (if adopted by the SEC) will essentially eliminate most (if not quite all) the Pink stocks currently with stop signs (Pink No Information). Do you agree? If so, that would be a significant loss in revenues for them.
(Currently there are 2670 stocks listed as Pink No Info.)
