Didn't know that....makes perfect sense.
So if they hadn't been paid for something, as was reported here on 9/19 ("I contacted the auditors, they were willing to state they are owed fees for the work performed, so it's unlikely future earnings reports will see the light of day." https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=151243576 ), what was it? It couldn't have been for the 10-K that they signed on March 25, 2019...the only 10-K they rendered an opinion on.
