Most CPAs like to keep their respective licenses. Billable hours. Why Borgers have not resigned is beyond me. A review is a normal attestation requirement. Someone attempted to circumvent the law. Borgers was smart enough to pay attention to corporate actions and call them out on it.

Sad thing, they don't have to pay Borgers for a 10-Q only a 10-K. Borgers can invoice the review, but cannot provide the Consent for the 10-K without full payment. That is why so many companies go dark after three Qs and never file the K.
