It is crystal clear why Cirtran spent 2 1/2 years to get their stock off the Grey Poupon Market to the OTC.....to sell a zillion shares.

Once CIRX has cleared out their inventory of shares to sell the company will probably go dark via a FORM 15, or sumtin like that.
