I agree. But the question I have have is what is the interest rate? Is it variable over the 11 years? Is it calculated daily, weekly, monthly or annually? In order to fulfill your statement on the FV that is a question that should be answered. I am not sure that the interest rate has ever been given.

I could be wrong, I am not on this board everyday and I am sure I have missed some of the key posts over the last 11 plus years.
