Yes Treble for a "Willful Misconduct" Release.

By paying treble for "WMB and it's assets", JPM removes all exposure from their "Willful Misconduct" acts. If AAOC of others negotiated a lesser payment, then they would be complicit in "willful misconduct" also.

The final value for "WMB and it's assets" will both increase and decrease from the start point of $299B for "WMB and it's assets". Now add 11 years of interest.

Increase due to things like Globic and LIBOR.
Decrease due to other liabilities. The Deposit Base never because a liability, so don't try and subtracting off $188B. Remember that "WMI is a creditor to WMB", #5885, FN 2.
