Issuing an ATM just before an event that determines if the company lives or dies is troublesome. The stock will drop below $1 if results are not positive from the trial.. The ATM will not work to raise funds with negative results as shares would plunge before an ATM kicks in.. Why not wait and issue a big secondary after the positive results? Nervous? Greenleaf on last call for the first time did say that their LN drug would have to go through an ADCOM..
