I find this one for ACAD hard to believe:

2016: 110M / 111M = 99%

Insiders and retail only owned 1%, a mere 1M shares? How is that even possible unless there were a bunch of phantom short shares floating around? Or it could be that the 'tutes are the ones that also went short - that can lead to double counting of shares owned. I think a 90%+ 'tute ownership level for biotechs is a red flag that short interest is extremely high. Could also explain why ACAD jumped from $24 to $40 in a day - a big short squeeze.
