Trump
I gave up on a any normalcy from Trump after Helsinki. I thought that was about as traitorous as any American could be out of uniform.

The guy is killing the economy but in some respects China should have been dealt with earlier.

I worked as an engineer in a corporation after I retired from the military that built a plant in China and they stole every company secret they could.

Food
I was a military brat and went in myself for 25 years so I ate food and drank all over the world from birth but I was eating/drinking socially when I was in the military.

Back in the day, my generation was about as social as they could be with functions - formal and informal - all the time and beer call every Friday. I think right after my car my wife's formals was the largest expense back in those days.

By the time I had retired I was an undiagnosed diabetic and the military eventually said it was from Vietnam and agent orange exposure. If it was I did not help the issue with my diet.

In the near future the Government will come out with a new set of guidelines for the care and feeding of humans.

The old guidelines were not researched past peer review and no studies of any repute support eating the Standard American Diet.

The Navy Seals already use the Keto diet and the Army is looking at it as a way to fix the poor physical qualities of their current recruits which is currently one of the top readiness issues they face.

Stroke
The best way to avoid a stroke is Omega 3 and natural Omega 3 comes from meat. So Vegans avoid what they need like omega3 and Amino acids.

Only two food groups contain essential nutrition to run the human body and they are protein and fats.
