The trial has not gone poorly for IVDN, it has gone poorly for the FTC
Since the trial is a PUBLIC forum, that anyone can attend, I can tell you that I have secondhand information form parties INSIDE THE COURTROOM that the first two days of the trial went poorly for the FTC.
Their ONLY witness, the duplicitous Dr. Yarborough, was decimated on the stand, changing his testimony from one moment to another, and making a mockery of the proceedings.
This is the reason for the halt in the trial by the judge.
The problem with the FTC's 9 labs is that NONE of them used the correct testing procedure as mandated by the FTC's overseeing cabinet department, the Department of Commerce
Since 1967, the DOC has mandated that certain tests be used on materials like Insultex.
IVDN, in fact has had the material tested using the proper protocols over 50 TIMES in the last few years, and EVERY TIME they come up with the same amazing results.
You explain to ME why the FTC pursued this case when NOT ONE CONSUMER has EVER complained about this house wrap product!!
NEVER. That means NOT ONCE
I will tell you that my "game" is to make money on the shares of the company that I own, and to defend it against the crap that is flying around about it
If the point of this lawsuit was to prevent this product from coming to market 3 years ago, then I think the FTC has done a great job
If the point was to protect consumers from this product, which is the FTC's actual mandate, then they have failed miserably, because no one needs to be protected, and IVDN has done nothing to injure anyone
My new target is October 29, when we have another Oral argument in this case
The actual scandal in this case is what has been done to this small company by powerful forces with giant profits at stake if this product starts to get national and international attention for how much incredibly better it is than any other product in its field
Oh, BTW, why have you been so long absent from the board, 5 YEARS?
