GD, I have no 'game.' I'm simply presenting facts and my opinions that others on this board may not have had access to. As I said, I'm long on IVDN with many thousands of shares and hope they prevail.

You claim that the FTC's only witness was 'destroyed' on the stand. Can you substantiate that? I would love to see evidence of this. Right now all I have is your word. When the FTC has nine labs that say IVDN's product doesn't perform the way it should vs. IVDN's one lab (from the pre-trial statements), and you claim that IVDN is in a great position, I've been wondering what *your* game is for the past nine months.

If the trial has, in fact, gone as poorly for IVDN as you claim, I would like to see evidence of it. I don't have much in cash right now, but if things do look rosy for IVDN I could convince myself to find ways to buy more shares.
